However, I would highly nrecommend adventuring out of Wakiki!!! There is so much to see and do out of the city. The Kahala is a stunning hotel. There is some fantastic hiking with unbelievable views in the middle of the island. And the drive along the shore up towards the North Shore is breathtaking. We tried to not rent a car but are sooooo glad we did! There are so many quiet pretty beaches to see and jungly roads to drive on...
