Non-Floral Centerpiece Ideas
Welcome to the EAD Weddings blog! We are so excited to have you here. If you are a new visitor, we'd love for you to subscribe to our RSS feed and visit our sister site, EAD Living. Thanks for visiting and we hope you come back soon!
Our first EAD bride, Rachel, is having a gorgeous wedding in Fort Worth in November and she’s looking for some non-floral ideas for her centerpieces.
First, some lanterns! I love this idea as Rachel’s wedding is going to be very lush and romantic.

Another easy to implement centerpiece utilizes clusters of candles - go to Ikea or your local craft store and purchase pillar candles and holders or glass candles and if you have the budget, scatter some rose petals for an extra punch!

I also love this innovative idea from Viola of Chewing the Cud via Weddingbee - utilizing boxes of photos and little trinkets as part of their centerpieces, which keeps guests entertained and is incredibly unique!
Rachel, I hope these pictures provide some inspiration! We are so excited to be working with you on your event!

I just love the look of a sea of candles on a long table setting! Lanterns are such a great way to add that interesting touch that sets it apart from the usual floral centerpiece. Great ideas!!
I LOVE the non floral centerpieces… it always speaks so much of the bride and groom I think! and nowadays, the options are endless!! I think the lantern idea is amazing…. and you can never have too much light! :)
Using things from nature- pumpkins, fall leaves and such is a great idea too. Or, birch branches in river rock or sand in high cylinders with lots of votives on a mirror. Both stolen from my clients!
I love non-floral centerpieces as a way to set your wedding apart and even to save money! I think the candles in the birdcage are particularly gorgeous.
I love the look of several candles and rose petals! So romantic! And the candles in the lanterns and birdcage are so beautiful and whimsical!
Thanks guys for thinking of me and coming up with some wonderful alternatives! Now I just have to pick one…. ;-)
You’ve inspired me to keep it simple.
