This is beautiful. I love that your colors come with textures as well - "blue French lavender, Kraft paper brown..."

I think you could play with the French Bistro idea a little bit more, even, especially with your invites. A lot of those traditional Parisian Bistros have very similar menus and graphics, with a kind of turn of the century feel to them. I think it'd be fun to look at those for inspiration in font, graphics, etc.

I love your color scheme.... and I definitely don't think you've carried your theme too far! It doesn't look over the top in any way. It's very elegant! I think that if someone can look at pictures and guess what the "theme" was, you may have taken it a bit too far. But from looking at your board, I don't see a French bistro (your inspiration) - it looks like a simply elegant, gracious and warm affair.
As far as invitations go, I would keep them simple like your STD's. I would use that dark gray color (I love that your STD's look like chalkboards!). I think that graphic pakage that Kelly listed is really pretty, and could work well.

There is a great graphic package on www.designerdigitals.com that I just bought that I think would look great (link below). Ceci New York used one of the graphics on one of their amazing invitation suites (link also below). Hopefully that will give you some inspiration. In unrelated news...that's my wedding dress! yipeeeee!

I love the wine bottle table numbers and the bridesmaids dress. I wanted it in blue for my bmaids, but alas, it's nowhere to be found in any size smaller than an 8.
