Real Weddings: Jillian + Knute Part I

Welcome to the EAD Weddings blog! We are so excited to have you here. If you are a new visitor, we'd love for you to subscribe to our RSS feed and visit our sister site, EAD Living. Thanks for visiting and we hope you come back soon!

Anna Kuperberg is one of those photographers who simply want to make you jump into their images and take part in the festivities.  The color is so crisp, the settings so dramatic!  Recently, Anna photographed Jillian and Knute’s wedding at the fabulous One and Only Palmilla Resort in Cabo San Lucas, one of the world’s premier hotels.

This gorgeous invitation, designed by Peculiar Pair Press, let the guests know that they were in store for something special.

Guests received welcome bags upon their arrival, monogrammed with the couple’s wedding logo. I believe that welcome bags are essential for destination weddings. Your guests have traveled far and wide to reach you, a little gift is much appreciated, and they will remember the gesture!

It was a multi-day event, so let’s start off the festivities with the rehearsal dinner!  With a setting this perfect, how could it not be stunning?

I absolutely love the lanterns that allow the party to carry on past what I’m sure was a gorgeous sunset.

I am loving the escort cards and the blend of patterns on the linens and papers.

They had a pinata!  How fun is that?

And just look at this tablescape.  There’s that estate seating making another appearance.  What makes this table work so well, even though it’s relatively simple, is that the yellow maracas draw the eye to the place settings and the length of the table.  Absolutely beautiful.

A sneak peek into the wedding, coming up later today!

Just wait - it’s amazing…

FAB-U-LOUS! I love the images, the colors and decor are intoxicating and when does Peculiar Pair Press not create a lovely invitation. I can’t wait for part two of this post

When I saw these images on Anna’s blog earlier this weekend I about died. The wedding looked like it was so much fun, and the pictures were priceless! I’m so glad you are featuring it!

I love that the couple really worked with the surroundings in designing their wedding. Love the monogram because they can easily incorporate it into their future home decor!

We’re going to One and Only Palmilla for Spring Break next year. I am SO EXCITED. We’re also thinking about going on our “second” honeymoon (the first one, I got pregnant…I think I just want a margarita this time!) after our vow renewal to One and Only Maldives or one of their other properties. I am OBSESSED with all of them.
I am also in love with this wedding. I would have totally had my wedding there if I had only known it existed…and could have afforded it.

i love the bright colors - can’t wait to see the rest of the images.
