This makes me wish I had gotten the larger Gocco. Mine is the smaller model and while I just love it, the size limitation is a bummer.

I just bought a gocco and used it for the first time tonight. Besides dying my hands when I was cleaning up it was so fun and easy.

I love the gocco! I worry that my invites may be sub par since i have only used the gocco once, but i think by planning ahead and sticking to two colors and a simple vectors shape (the yellow 'flowers' on my masthead) things should go smoothly! Oh, and I love the Kraft paper look with the blue in the top left picture! Gorgeous, modern, classic.

DEFINITELY use the spongey blocking material. it's the only way to use 2 colors... otherwise the inks will eventually bleed, no matter how far away they are from each other. I gocco-ed our save-the-dates and after weeks of pulling out my hair due to overly ambitious design, I finally got the process down. if you don't have blocking material, you can order it online.

that invite from mingaling is just great. how clever to use (what i think is) a cd cover to keep everything neatly together. and i have found that the blocking material is a savior for multiple colors on one screen, though that is only if you have the blank space ...
