Real Weddings: Lyndsey + Matt Part 2
In Part 1, I mentioned the aqua and poppy color scheme… but what I didn’t mention was the a-mazing way it was carried out. Semiahmoo’s tent was transformed by Steven Moore Designs into a veritable whimsical paradise. Check out the FISH in their centerpieces, the gorgeous tent, and the blue lanterns!
And not a detail was left unfinished. This is true vintage seaside - I’m loving the kitsch factor, more weddings should have this sense of humor.
As much as I adore the goldfish, my favorite part of the decor has to be the amazing coral chandeliers hanging throughout the tent. What a perfect piece of decor to enhance the event.
The centerpieces could be left simple and low because of the beautiful hanging elements.
No cake for this couple - instead a perfect dessert display (and some pretty perfect linens too). All of the sweet treats were cooked up by the Mount Bakery in Bellingham, WA.
More of this amazing wedding can be found on Michele Waite’s blog and Michelle Engvall’s blog. Michele, thank you so much for allowing us to share this!
