While surfing on a net in a gloomy Saturday I came across this blog accidently and surprised! I just wondered how come this lady turn a tray plates to a wonderful thing. I just love her creativity and decided to follow. With the thrifty plates and glasses I tried to make a birthday cake tray for the upcoming birthday for my son. What else to say it was the centre of attraction in the party. Even my jealousy friends would appreciate me and asked how could I do it. Now am trying to ornate it with some other things! And you know something my designed trays would be a must in almost all parties and showers of my friends and relatives. Thanks to the author!

I think tiered dessert trays add a very personal touch to each table/dessert table. If there is some thought into the desserts, guests get to share in exploring the couple's favourite treats.

The other wonderful thing about using tiered dessert trays is that if you are able to give one to each guest table, the tiered set-up becomes a point of socialization and conversation.

This is such a creative idea! I can only imagine the endless possibilities that you could make with these unique trays. I'm sure it would also be a great conversation-starter. Thanks for sharing !

Yes, great idea. It's worth noting that Kate has been doing this for years, sells her work on etsy, and was featured on design*sponge in May for it.

Very creative! And what I love is that this is a project that doesn't just have to be for a wedding. You could use the concept for any party, shower, etc.

This is a great option, and much less intimidating than a huge wedding cake. You can also offer more choices, for those picky guests...
