Bathroom Baskets

We purchased little suitcase boxes to serve as bathroom baskets. Those of you who are like me probably won’t want to hear this, but I don’t think our guests used much of anything in our baskets! That being said, it did make me feel better to know that if someone needed a bandaid or contact solution that it was there. And obviously the nice thing about all of the items you’ll include is that you can use them yourself afterwards.

Are you setting out bathroom baskets at your venue?

E.

we heart your comments!

Um, I haven’t written about this on my blog yet, but SOMEONE STOLE all of the stuff in my bathroom bins. Chances are, if there were enough things that wrong to warrant the use of 2 bottles of aspirin, 2 bottles of ibuprofen, 2 sewing kits, and 2 first aid kits, I would have known about it. It was all gone. Every last item.

The contact solution was a LIFESAVER. My contacts were so cloudy I could barely see. The basket saved me from walking up two flights in my heels to my bag upstairs. :)

I did see someone use the bandaids; I’m sure she was extremely thankful! When your feet are hurting it’s hard to have fun!!

adorable! I do see thing “stolen” from bathroom baskets quite often though - for some reason, people think that they get to take the whole bottle instead of just one part.

I look forward to using the baskets at my site and even found a nifty poem to frame. I am having a rhinestone and pearl type of feel so it would be nice to find some containers with that in mind. we’ll see. Your suitcases look addorable!!!

Oh I used the packets of tums to go - I didn’t see Pepcid or i would have used that! Cela and I also hit up the advil - I think it was all the wine. Should you mix tums and advil and wine? At least I had forgotten to take my prilosec - hence the need for tums! I survived thanks to your basket and could keep on partying!

This is something we’ve decided not to do, but our reception is at the hotel where 90% of our guests are staying so if they have an emergency they aren’t far. Bandaids might be a nice thought for the ladies room though, I want people to keep on dancing! I am doing scented candles and air freshener.
