You are going to look fab. I bought my dress from a charity shop and it is being altered and adjusted by my sister-in-law-to-be who is a fashion designer. Not to be green, necessarily, but because things were made of higher quality and with more style in the past. At this one sale, I found bundled in a basement closet a peice of beautiful champagne colored raw silk with ivory and gold flowers. I stuffed it in my bag of stuff, and didn't realize until I got home that it was a cocktail dress. Well this dress, the fabric of which is too beautiful to be described, has been tailored by my costume designer sister. She's added fresh water pearls, vintage lace and a rust colored silk sash, and now ouala! A fantastic, unique, green, not to mention inexpensive, wedding dress!
