I am doing a fun groom's cake for my fiancee-its a surprise to him. He wants an ice cream wedding cake (I had to explain the logistics of why that wont work several times =o) ). He went to Ohio State and is a die hard fan, so I am having an OSU Buckeyes Ice Cream cake made. We're cutting our cake right after we are announced at the reception, so we'll present it to him then and he can have it with dessert! I love the groom’s cake tradition as well!
