Unique Engagement Photos
Bonnie Tsang recently shot an awesome engagement photo session at Lee Carrillo State Beach and UCLA for Jennifer and Dan, who are UCLA alums who met surfing. I love the resulting photos and think that they are so unique and full of personality, exactly what an engagement session should be!
Olivia wrote a great post a few weeks ago about selecting your engagement session location - it’s like these two read her mind!
What location did you choose for your engagement photos?

I love these…they truly represent the couple’s personality!
These are great. I’m such a huge fan of Bonnie’s work! Thanks for sharing these.
I love these!
We went to the coffee shop where we first spent a night talking for hours and truly connecting. It was so fun! Our photographer bought us a couple coffees, found a window with great light, and sat back while we spent an hour chit-chatting snapping awesome not-posed shots! Then, we posed for a couple of “grandparents” shots, and went to a nearby park for a few more fun shots.
I am so glad we chose a meaningful location - it will mean so much more in years to come than pics from a studio. :)

our engagement pictures will take place at an ice hockey rink, as the HTB loves both playing and watching hockey. we’ll also be finding some swings, as swingsets are one of my favorite things to play on. we’ll finish up with pictures of us on our motorcycle, as that’s our favorite getaway vehicle together!
I love Bonnie’s Work!
Great feature.
A blog reader reccommended I look at this post… I absolutely love this engagement session! So creative and fun!
Love this! I love when the e-shoot captures who the couple really is.
