How lucky for you to have found it. When I went to school in Boston I remember there was great debate over the restoration of the Wang, which at the time was near the heart of the old 'red light district' a slum of porn shops and adult theaters. We are still looking but think we might have found something. It's not exactly what I want but it's really pretty and definitely in budget.
