Take time to breathe! Take a day off, take your man, shut your cell phone off and go somewhere that you've never been before. I'm getting married three months from today and I'm currently in school full time and working almost full time so I definitely understand the stress factor. But hang in there. Ultimately I keep reminding myself that all that REALLY matters by the end of that day is not how the favors turned out or if everything went exactly the way it was planned. Ultimately what matters is that at the end of the day, you are married to the man of your dreams (and not the scary dreams, the good ones where you live happily ever after). Hang in there, you can survive your wedding!

I had all mine strangely.. like 15 months before!! I haven't had any crazy wedding dreams since the planning stages. I think it was always like that for me. I freak out WHILE I have to make choices and come to conclusions, but after the choice is made.. next.. I'm done.

So, my advice... yoga, meditation, and oh yeah.... really good mindblowing wear you out, fall fast alseep in 10 minutes sex. BUT that's just my favorite ways to get to sleep. LOL.

@Lydia Joy: Thanks for the tip on the book!

I've been having dreams too, and I'm 9 months away! I agree with Lydia that you should pinpoint what exactly is bothersome and giving you anxiety. My dream involved the FH stepping on my dress and it ripping off down the aisle. We're going to be extra careful about that the day of. In the end, I'm sure everything is going to be great!

The day will be a blur. So relax. The real joy comes when you sit down and watch your wedding video. You don't realize how much of your wedding day you missed until you see it all on the big screen.

Sometimes things we're worried about show up in our dreams. So you could think about your dream and try to figure out what you're stressing about. When you figure it out, try to figure it out so you don't need to stress anymore. Also, it may help to start keeping a dream diary so that you can kind of process what happened in your dream.
I read about this kind of thing in a book called "Emotionally Engaged: A Bride's Guide to Surviving the "Happiest" Time of Her Life." I would HIGHLYrecommend this book (you can find it on Amazon really easily, or even maybe in a library), since it talks about all the things you might be going through during your engagement. I read it, and it helped me a lot. Even if you don't think you have time to read, you should make time because the book is just that helpful.
