The Kransekake should be pretty delicious though. Oh and if you haven't tried lefse, definitely find a good Scandinavian bakery and order some. They are like potato tortillas. Delish! Kransekake (which I made having bought the rings and the almond grinder), Caramel pudding, Mor Monsen Kake and my FAVORITE Riskrem! The last is made on Christmas Eve as well with a almond hidden in it and the one to find the almond wins the marzipan pig.
