Carolina Engagement Session

Anna and Jacob are one of those couples that were born to be in front of the camera.  They are just too cute, seriously.  Kellie Kano picked a couple of perfect spots for their engagement session – a cool junkyard and the beautiful backdrop of the Carolina Theatre.

Love this shot – definitely my favorite.  Tell me this doesn’t look like a print ad?

Two things I love about this shoot: 1) they chose relaxed clothing in colors that were natural and coordinating but not matching, and 2) the subtle use of props, like Anna’s hat and scarf, the guitar, and the Shakespeare book.  The props added a little bit of interest without looking unnatural – the result is perfection!
