Lauren and Kevin’s Raleigh wedding is all about the PINK! Pink, because it’s Lauren’s favorite color, and pink because Lauren’s maternal grandmother had recently lost her battle with breast cancer. Lauren chose to pay tribute to her grandmother in many ways throughout the wedding, starting with her amazing pink gown, purchased at a trunk show benefitting the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Hilton Pittman captured the lovely images from the day.

Lauren and Kevin’s guests received various favors, including pink frosted ribbon cookies and M&Ms in shades of pink; they also received information about the importance of early breast cancer detection.

Beautiful wedding! The photos are wonderful, great use of depth of field, color and composition. I especially love how the tree frames the father and bride and the father looking at the bride so lovingly. Great captures!

[...] Perhaps my favorite is the bride who wore a pink dress to remember her grandmother, who’d passed away from breast cancer. It was a beautiful dress and a loving tribute. [...]
Oh, I love the Hello Kitty cake topper! I’ve been looking for one for my wedding and haven not had any luck. Can you please put me in contact with the Bride as it would be wonderful if I can find out where to get the cake topper. My wedding is in a months time so it would be really really great if you can help. I’ve already given up on finding the cake topper until I saw the pictures you took. Thanks heaps!!!
Do you have the “Be Bold, Be Beautiful” flyer in a word or pdf document, I like the image and would like a copy of it, if you don’t mind sending it to me. Thanks
