I’m so excited to welcome Chelsea Fuss to Elizabeth Anne Designs today. I absolutely love her work and am thrilled to partner with her to bring lovely and unique floral designs and tabletops to EAD. Her designs are beautiful yet approachable, and if you aren’t already a fan, I know you will become one!
Today’s creation by Chelsea is this gorgeous Lilac and Linen spring wedding tablescape.
Lately, I am interested in timeless wedding styles infused with some of that carefree attitude we all love. This tablescape is hopefully something that will still look gorgeous in years to come but doesn’t take itself too seriously, and is doable on a small budget. I love that it is organic and sophisticated all at once.

The location (The Cleaners at The Ace Hotel, Portland) is an urban, white space with gorgeous aged wood flooring. Floor to ceiling windows shower the space with natural light. For this tabletop, any white, lofty space will do.
I started with a white floor-length tablecloth and Chivari chairs from West Coast Event Productions. Both are basic rentals from any event company.

I warmed things up with a natural linen runner, and homemade linen napkins.

Favors are Italian biscotti with gorgeous packaging, and the carafe is vintage, with a bit of fun typography.

Tall votives (source: Target) and wild, fragrant spring flowers add a romantic touch. To prevent it from being too frilly, I arranged the flowers in cork covered vases from Sammy’s Flowers – you can find similar vases here.

Check back later today for complete instructions on how to create the lovely springtime centerpiece that accompanies the table!
