David and Victoria’s Wilmington, NC wedding, photographed by KMI Photography, is full of classic Southern charm. Bridesmaids dressed in delicate chiffon, fluffy garden bouquets, a tiny historic chapel, and a tented reception at Victoria’s family home are just a few of the reasons I fell in love!

I adore Victoria’s purple Kate Spade shoes!

The ceremony was held at the beautiful and intimate Lebanon Chapel, built in 1835.

Then the guests were treated to a tented reception in the yard of Victoria’s family home.

The flower arrangements at the reception are to-die-for. Sam Haddock created these gorgeous branch centerpieces which featured stunning pink, blue, and white pomanders of hydrangea, daisies, and roses.

My heart melted when I saw that dress! Something about it is so sweet and romantic…and it looks perfect on her, of course. I’m also loving the wonderful textures and colors of the centerpieces. Gorg!

So perfect and simply Southern – that’s exactly what we are going for at our wedding!
Love all the pictures! I am looking to do something like this for my reception in Wilmington. I wonder if the family would be willing to rent out the outside part to other people.
