Kayla and Newton are just one of the cutest couples ever, aren’t they? Their Athens wedding at The Foundry Park Inn & Spa is full of love and laughter, and fabulous photos from two of my favorite people, Matt and Kate Altmix! The day started out with the couple having a first look at a spot near the reception venue.

I love this image, and all of the emotion that it conveys. What a lovely, precious moment for Kayla and Newton to remember forever.

Newton is a huge soccer fan, and apparently the first thing five soccer fans think of when they are standing side-by-side is forming a “wall”. Hilarious!

Their ceremony backdrop has to be one of the most beautiful and unique I have seen. Kayla and Newton folded and strung together 1,000 origami cranes to symbolize 1,000 years of happiness and the curtain of cranes became their ceremony altar. The effect is simply stunning.

Oh, I absolutely LOVE this venue! And the bride and groom did an amazing job with it. That origami curtain works so nicely amongst all the brick and the open loft-like feel…so well done!
