I’m such a Southern girl at heart, so I love seeing beautiful weddings from the south, with classic Southern brides! Lauren and Jon’s chic wedding at Cary’s Umstead Hotel & Spa is definitely a favorite. Each detail is sophisticated and stylish, from her Vera Wang gown with pearl earrings and brooch to the beautiful four-tier white cake! As always, Hilton Pittman captured absolutely beautiful images to tell the story of the day.
The bridesmaids are perfectly outfitted in J Crew dresses and flats. Their multicolored bouquets add a beautiful spark of color.
The ceremony took place on the lakeside lawn under the garden terrace at the Umstead.
A beautiful reception followed in the Umstead’s Grand Ballroom, to the tunes of The Swingin’ Medallions.
