Rob and Hayley’s DC wedding has so many sweet details. With the gorgeous setting of Smokey Glen Farm, and beautiful photographs by Rebekah J Murray Photography, you know it’s bound to be lovely! Oh, and there’s pie. You can’t beat pie.
The day started with a reception at the Capitol Hill Baptist Church and a few fun pictures around the area. Greenworks Florist created the lush, organic bouquets – red for Hayley and white for the cornflower blue-dressed maids.
The fun then moved to Smokey Glen Farm.
The reception featured twinkling lights, beautiful embroidered table runners, and candelabra centerpieces. I love venues that allow open flames – it’s so rare, but the effect is beautiful.
The small details add so much personality to Rob and Hayley’s wedding. A soda bar with adorable straws that say “Love Floats”, escort cards on shutters, jam favors, and customized love bird napkins are just a few of the unique and special things that the couple incorporated into their reception.
Oh yes, and there was pie, in all sorts of flavors!
