I hope you all are having a lovely start to this short holiday week! I’ve decided to do something I haven’t done in three years and take a full week off to enjoy the holiday with my husband, pup, and sister.

These look so yummy! Being in Australia we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving but that doesn’t mean I can’t eat pumpkin whoopie pies. Will have to give them a go – they look delish. – Cas.
