Cyd and I are so excited to unveil the winners of the Inspired Creations Contest #2: Glitter and Glam! We announced the top 10 last week and because the decision was so tough – all of the entires were amazing! – we enlisted three of our favorite editors to help us select the winners. A huge thank you to Abby from Style Me Pretty, Emily from Once Wed, and Kathryn from Snippet & Ink for being guest judges!
Without further ado, our top three! (All images link to the original post.)
This glittery pink and gold ballet-inspired shoot came to us all the way from Italian wedding planning gurus Bon Bon Studio, and we were just over the moon when we saw the frilly, romantic, and feminine shower ideas! Frothy tulle, ribbons, and sequins are present in abundance.
Event design and styling – Bon Bon Studio \ Photography – Bon Bon Studio \ Floral design – Sofia Barozzi from Il Profumo dei Fiori \ Hair and makeup – Tanisha Shulamit \ Stationery – Valentina Oliana of Cut & Paste \ Headpiece – Giorgia Arcidiacono of Momo Galen
The uber-talented Kellie Kano and Elissa Keno outdid themselves with this dreamy and romantic concept inspired by the rose and cream-colored brick walls of their loft space and based on a tradition called the May Tree. Ringing in well under the $500 budget at a mere $205, their DIY May Tree, glittery tabletop, and delectable dessert display won all of our hearts.
Thank you so much to all of the amazing contest entrants, we were absolutely blown away by your creativity! Winners, Cyd and I will be in touch to discuss your prizes.
We hope that you were inspired with all of the unique ideas that the teams showcased, it’s amazing what a little ingenuity can do! You can check out all of the past projects from both Inspired Creations Contests here, and if you have ideas for future Inspired Creations Contests we’d love to hear from you.
