Shannon and Scott were married on a rainy day at the historical Mayflower Renaissance Hotel in Washington, DC. Their beautiful purple and ivory color palette included florals by Da Vinci’s Florist which were so so gorgeous with the elegant golds of The Mayflower. Everything about this wedding is just perfect. Shannon looked flawless in that fabulous dress, with her classic bouquet, and I love that cathedral length veil! Allison & Chris Britton did a fantastic job capturing this truly elegant day.

I attended this insanly gorgeous wedding! My sweet friend Shannon and her very kind husband, Scott looked so beautiful and HAPPY. With Shannon’s classic taste and expertise, she pulled off the most beautful wedding I’ve ever attended! The room was warm, welcoming and elegant but that didn’t stop a great dance party to roll on! I have great memories from that wedding and the gorgeous Mayflower Hotel that has large dropped black and white photos of Jacki-O and other timeless icons. Just perfect!
This wedding was truly a site to behold. Not only was Shannon the most beautiful bride, the venue was beyond all expectations. The Mayflower is classic DC at it’s finest, a perfect backdrop for the beginning of Scott and Shannon’s life together. Stunning, Classic, Elegant…A perfect wedding.
