Happy Monday! Welcome to another color week here on EAD. This week we are celebrating deep and moody indigo. I couldn’t think of a more emotional and moving wedding to begin the week than that of Bahar and Nick. After Nick was diagnosed with terminal cancer, the two decided they wanted to be together forever, even if their forever was a mere 51 days. After reading their story, it truly takes my breath away to see such an amazing couple love each other with their whole heart, no matter the situation. Wish Upon a Wedding stepped in to grant Bahar and Nick’s wedding wish, bringing together a team of wonderful vendors to create a wedding that was rich, vibrant, and full of delicious details flawlessly coordinated by Greatest Expectations. I’m still swooning over the gorgeous colors and florals by Elizabeth Wray Design and I fell in love with these photos by Amanda Hein as soon as I saw them.
Bahar, your strength and beauty inspire me. You and Nick shared the most precious of gifts with us today – true, unconditional love – and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
