Breaking Bread

Aside from pretty linens, a nice menu, or maybe a small flower, I’m always keeping my eyes open for more ways add interest to place settings. Something I’ve really liked recently is the idea of small baguettes, wrapped in pretty paper and twine. Either by placing a pretty basket filled with individually wrapped loaves along with the centerpieces, including an artisanal cheese and bread station, or simply placing a single baguette at each place setting dressed with a personalized tag, it’s both a pretty and delicious element to add to the table!

You could also pair with olive oil favors for a unique and memorable wedding theme. What do you think?  Would you break bread at your reception?
