Real Weddings: Liz + Camm

Although summer in Richmond, Virginia can be sweltering hot, once Liz and Camm found Historic Tuckahoe Plantation, they knew it would be the perfect venue for their wedding. Their lawn-party-inspired celebration kept guests cool with fans that doubled as programs, lawn games, and lots of quilts and pillows on the lawn that encouraged guests to kick off their shoes and relax. Strawberry Fields Flowers and Gifts stayed with a neutral and natural color palette for the flowers with pops of bright blue and coral here and there. A big thank you to Don Mears Photography for these sweet photos today!

We had the most fun and beautiful (although hot!) day! All our vendors were phenomenal in their craft and helped to make the wedding one enjoyed by all. I have to give a shout out to Shyndigz for making our fantastic wedding cake as well as 3 bow-tie themed groom’s cakes for the rehearsal dinner. That cake endured the 90 degree weather with the rest of us…and it rocked…thank you Shyndigz!!
