Friday Flowers: Protea

Succulents, step aside. There’s a new bud in town that is ready to take over the modern scene: protea! As different as they are fascinating, they’re one part botanical, one part tropical, and completely bold. They go with everything from peonies to thistle to orchids, and they are for sure a bold addition to any bouquet or centerpiece!

  1. Awesome. All beauties looking more beautiful with the beautiful flower bouquet. All pics are looking so lovely.

  2. ‘Bout time Protea are getting some lovin’. King Protea have been a long time fav and I’m so excited to see them paired with fluffy peonies. Wonderful juxtaposition!

  3. What stunning selection of bouquets using SUCH original flowers. You have used the protea to great effect and wonderfully paired with some of our favourite flowers. The tulip and protea bouquet was our favourite!
