Love Letter Wedding Inspiration

Oh the sweetness that is today’s shoot! There are few things more romantic than handwritten love letters, so it’s no surprise that these creative minds were inspired by love letters that were tucked away within the walls of the 1820’s farm house at Fiddle Lake Farm in Pennsylvania. The love letters between Mamie Dunn and Johnnie Wells were incorporated into the cake and the table linens, and all the details reflect what could possibly have been the wedding of these two loves. Vintage, elegant and incredibly romantic, it’s impossible not to swoon over this beautiful inspiration shoot by FrostedKim Winey Photography, Danielle Pasternak, and wildflowers by design!

  1. So honored to have our project featured on Elizabeth Anne Designs! Each vendor I worked with is so talented.

Our venue, Fiddle Lake Farm, is such a beautiful place for a wedding and our hosts, Pam and Craig Benson went out of their way to make us feel welcome and assist in any way they could. From the first visit, I was inspired! So thankful that Danielle Pasternak came on board right away – She was the first person I called and I’m so thankful she said ‘yes!’. Also I was blessed to work with Maggie from Maggpie Vintage Rentals. Her input and inspiration helped immensely. A huge thanks to Kim Winey for her photography, wildflowers by design for the floral creations, the calligraphy by Lynda at Write Away For You, the beautiful accessories by Mandy Miller at Little Lady Accessories and our beauticians, Tiffany and Debra Ann. Our bride and groom are a real life couple who are not only beautiful but fun to be with and have great chemistry. All of these talented individuals came together for an unforgettable photo shoot.

Thank you, Elizabeth Anne for featuring us and for your beautiful site that inspires brides and those of us in the wedding industry every day!

If i got to do my wedding over I would know exactly who to use for my special day… :)

These photos are absolutely amazing!! I’ve been fascinated with photography almost all my life and these are some of the most beautiful photos I’ve ever stumbled upon. I can just feel the emotions pouring out and I actually feel like I’m a part of this love story, its magical. The hair, makeup, costume, and landscape just all fit together so beautifully. Keep up the good work and I hope to see more to come from this talented combination of professionals.

  5. Thank you, EAD for featuring this memorable, styled shoot!

So many fabulous people came together and sacrificed much for this project. It truly was an unforgettable experience!

The location, love letters and real-life-couple were especially inspirational. There was so much history in this shoot. The photos barely scratch the surface of the layers that were involved!

So incredibly thankful to Elizabeth Anne Designs for sharing our “Love Story”. It was such a pleasure to work with this amazing group of people. I was so inspired by the history of Fiddle Lake (our hosts, Pam and Craig, were so welcoming and the location is just mesmerizing in its beauty), by the talent of all the professionals that poured their heart and soul into this project (you have no idea the thought and planning that went into every single detail), by our lovely couple (their chemistry and affection for each other made me want to fall in love again) and by the “love letters” that inspired Julie to create this wonderful little work of art.
