Goodbye to Rebekah Anne
To all our readers,
With both happiness and sadness we announce that Rebekah Anne is leaving Elizabeth Anne Designs. We’re sad because it means the end of our partnership in EAD. We’re happy because she’s leaving to move to Nicaragua, a place both she and her husband love.
EAD has grown into a business that requires a great deal of attention. Because of the complexities of living overseas, Rebekah’s involvement in the day to day operations of EAD isn’t feasible. Rebekah will stay on as a columnist for EAD Living, so you can expect to hear more about her move and adjusting to life in Nicaragua. She is also starting a new blogzine called Honeysuckle Life.
We have been the best of friends for over half of our lives and our friendship has only grown and matured through EAD. We are so grateful to have this community of fellow bloggers and brides. Thank you so much for all of your comments and emails. They mean the world to us.
With love,
Rebekah Anne and Ami Elizabeth

Katherine’s Military Wedding
Last March, Kat sent over her inspiration board for her military wedding. We helped her with a few questions, and the wedding was held last August. The amazing thing is that she planned the wedding while her fiance was overseas on tour. Not only that, but she found out in July that she had to move to move the wedding up a month to fit in between deployments. She did a fabulous job, and we’re so happy to share it with you!
First up, her original inspiration board.
A few fun details (how gorgeous is that dress?).

Well Spun Wedding Films
Brianna from Well Spun Weddings emailed to let us know about their amazing work. We’re very excited to share their work with you. These three videos speak for themselves. We love them, and know you will as well.

Erin Hearts Court Photography
Courtney of Flush Designs and her husband Erin have started Erin Hearts Court Photography. We’re so happy these two very talented people are sharing their work with us!
Courtney sent over the wedding of Nicole and Martin, which took place at a winery in Napa. A major rainstorm came through and they were unable to hold the ceremony in the original location. They had to shift everyone into various rooms and locations for the ceremony and reception. You can tell the day still turned out beautiful!
I’ll be quiet now and let you enjoy the photography!

Ice Cream Social Shoppe
Wedding stationery is our favorite part of the wedding process, and this invite by Ice Cream Social continues to be one of my all time favorites.

I love the attention to detail and personality that comes through on every piece.

Fancy Nancy Cakes
I saw this post by Tiffany on Grant Riley Weddings and actually gasped out loud.

Created by Fancy Nancy, this cake is truly the most original design I have ever seen. I’m completely blown away by their work. You should go check them out!

Mary Frances Photography
I recently came across the website of Mary Frances Photography and was immediately captivated by her photography and blog. I like her use of textures and she seems to be a great up and coming (and affordable!) photographer in the SoCal area. She is a recent graduate of Hallmark Institute of Photography and obviously loves what she does. We’re happy to share a few images from a recent wedding she shot.
Shoe shots are always fascinating to me. Not to mention a bride in funky shoes and socks. Love it!

French Press
You know we love a well designed invite here at EAD. When we received an email from Shelly showing us her work, some oohs and aahs might have slipped out.
I love the simple design and rich red.
Letterpressed save the dates? Sign me up!
I absolutely love letterpress because it adds such depth and texture.
Shelly sells her work via her website and Etsy. Tell her we sent you!
