After our little trip to Memorial Stadium it was finally time to head out to Country Pines.

After our first look Lance & I headed out into the Nebraska heat with Khara to snap a few pics of just the two of us.

I remember feeling so hot and mildly freaking out inside that I was never gonna make it in this heat (80s!)…haha!!  Salt Lake had a very cool spring so we had yet to experience temps …

For the sake of being completely honest…our ‘First Look’ wasn’t all that I envisioned it to be.

Now ok yes…I WAS looking forward to seeing Lance for the first time…and more so for him to see ME all done up in my dress…but I guess in my head I had fantasies about overflowing emotions, chirping birds, perfect sunlight, a few horses …

Now that I had my dress on and firmly taped in place…all I needed was my sash…

After we finished getting our hair done, it was time to head back to the hotel and complete the look!

Like I said…we were well ahead of schedule and still had a good hour or so before Khara showed up to start snappin’ pics.  So my friend, and personal attendant extraordinaire #1 got started with my make-up.
