Real Weddings: Diana + Jacob

I always get so excited to see an email from Meg Perotti in my inbox!  Meg’s work is just outstanding, and her couples are always so inventive and fun.  Diana and Jacob are no exception to this, as they had a gorgeous wedding at a private home (previously owned by Mr. Warner himself) in Hollywood, which they coordinated on their own and pulled off on a limited budget using lots of friends, family, and ingenuity!

Diana is absolutely radient in her Vera Wang gown, rented from One Night Affair (what a fabulous idea!).

Jacob is a cross genre cellist and plays jazz, rock and classical music, so music played a huge part in their event.    During the ceremony, a guitar-playing friend wrote a song for Diana’s walk down the aisle, and a string quartet (also friends of Jacob’s) played as well.

Really NOW: Prudens and Conrad!

What can be better than a July 4th wedding practically on the water in Los Angeles?? Anything that ends in a [literal, firework] bang is my cup of tea!! Prudens and Conrad not only had an incredibly warm and loving event, they incorporated her culture, Assyrian, and their personalities into the event as well. Prudens had each detail down specifically and her D-I-Y projects would make anyone dizzy with perfection. And that’s just on paper. In person, this couple is the epitome of grace, style, and courtesy! Let’s start with a snap of her invitations:

A quick pre-ceremony snap of Conrad provided by the stunningly talented Mike and Emi of Evoke Photography!!

Real Weddings: Dina + Wendy 8.31.08

Today’s wedding is absolutely amazing for a few reasons - first, our brides, Dina and Wendy, are stunning. Second, the photography, from the ever-fantastic Mi Belle, is unbelievable. And lastly, other than two small and pretty bouquets, we have not a stitch of floral, and the overall result is breathtaking!

Meet Dina and Wendy - aren’t they radiant?
