Inspired by the dress from yesterday’s post, I give you a full on 70’s vintage board.
Think peach, chiffon, floaty layers, sashes, fabric roses, arm bouquets with trailing vines, three piece suits, bridesmaids with fans or wrist corsages, orange blossom invitations.

Wedding Planning Audiocast
Last week, we had a chance to speak with Ralph from The Wedding Planning Audiocast. You can hear our interview here on the website. The audiocast is a fabulous resource with a gazillion interviews with our favorite wedding experts. From Sylvia Weinstock to Sasha Souza, they have it all. They also have several interviews with the fantastic wedding bloggers you all know and love. Check them out! I’ve been listening to the casts for a few months now and love them.
We had such a great time, and I hope you enjoy hearing a little bit about what we do and how we do it.

Your Vintage Wedding
If you’re planning a vintage wedding, Your Vintage Wedding by Nancy Eaton is definitely worth the read. From the trends by decade to the real wedding profiles, the book has a lot of valuable information. Most of it could be found by doing research online, but having it all in once place definitely makes it easier. The author also includes a comprehensive list of vintage wedding resources in the back of the book.
