When I first laid eyes on Yvonne and David’s incredible wedding pictures…they took my breath away. I immediately contacted her about featuring her wedding on EAD and she generously agreed. Once Wed grew out of my own frustration with trying to sell a wedding dress online, so I decided to launch my own listing service where women can list and search for wedding gowns for FREE. 4 months later we have close to 600 “designer wedding dresses for less” in our database and receive new, sample, and used wedding gown listings on a daily basis. Many of our gowns include designer labels such as Vera Wang, Monique Lhuillier, Melissa Sweet, and Reem Acra 50% OFF their original retail prices. Wearing a “used” gown isn’t for everyone which I completely understand, but for a lot of brides(including me) it allowed me to wear the dress of my dreams without breaking the bank. A lot of our listings include sample and new gowns as well, so there is an option for pretty much every bride. Below are some of the designer gowns we currently have on the site:

Hi everyone! We are so excited to have a fantastic guest blogger this week, Emily from the amazing Once Wed blog! I’ll let Emily introduce herself:

Hi! I’m Emily and I run the free wedding dress listing service and wedding inspiration blog, Once Wed! I’m thrilled about guest blogging on Elizabeth Anne Designs all this week and would like to thank Rebekah and Ami for having me. I’ve been an avid reader of EAD for quite some time know, so it is a real treat for me to be here. Even though I love running the business side of Once Wed, writing about weddings has evolved into a wonderful hobby of mine. Because of this new found passion, all this week I will share with you incredible real weddings and beautiful DIY projects(two of my favs). I’ve tried to pick weddings with a different underlying theme, so there is a little bit of eye candy and inspiration for everyone. Up next, a post on Once Wed and Yvonne + David’s stunning wedding….
