Welcome Fall!!
It seems like everyone is in the mood for the fall season! With only 64 days left to go until my wedding, most everything is picked out and ready to go. But if I were planning again, I might use some of these pictures as inspiration for a beautiful fall wedding!
Enjoy!

Orange and Marigold: Food!
My favorite thing about this color week’s choice? The food! Seriously, it’s almost *too* easy to carry this theme through by using your food as decor. Sounds crazy but it works. Here’s proof!

Orange and Marigold: Maids
Oh the maids! Those beauties who frame the bride and accent her beauty. Oh the dresses they’ve been shoved in to! We’re here to redeem that. Look at the wealth of color found in these dresses! My favorites are the two dresses from JCrew (also featured recently by Lucky Designs) and the Dior (break the budget!) and the Priscillas. Really, I love all of them!
Top Row: JCrew, Priscilla of Boston, Dior (via Eluxury)
Bottom Row: Simple Dress, JCrew, Priscilla of Boston
The accessories are a great place to add orange and marigold if you only want a slight punch of the bright colors.

Orange and Marigold: Details
I’m simply loving our first color week combo - it’s sunny and refreshing! My favorite parts of weddings are the little things - and with orange and marigold, the colors are so stunning and overwhelming that it’s *all* about how to use them artfully and gracefully in the details.

Orange and Marigold: Floral
Wow! Who knew this would be such fun to search?! My eyes are drinking up the rich hues we’ve picked. It’s just what I needed as winter feels so devoid of color after Christmas decorations are taken down.

First Row (l-r): Bride and Bloom, Fiore Designs
Inset (l-r): Plantology India, In Style Weddings, Sweet Pea Flowers
Second Row (l-r): MS, tic-tock
Flowers that come in shades of orange and yellow: Marigolds, Peonies, Gerbera Daisies, Tulips, Calla Lilies, Roses, Asiatic Lilies, Carnations, Oriental Lilies, Snapdragons, Sunflowers and so much more.
Really, this was just the tip of what I found for this palette. The colors are so versatile! E and I were amazed at the many different hues we’ve found while writing this series. I have big love for orange and marigold today!
