Modern + Intimate Chicago Wedding

Syreeta and David’s at The Peninsula is modern Chicago elegance. Kehoe Designs worked with a clean color palette of silver, black, and ivory to transform the Peninsula’s ballroom for the ceremony, with a classic white uplit chuppah and lush florals elevated in black urns. The guest list was comprised of immediate family, so in lieu of a traditional reception, everyone was treated to cocktails followed by an intimate dinner at a feasting table with a lush rolling landscape of white floral, woven between gorgeous black candelabras. We have to gush over this incredibly fashionable couple: David is the epitome of the dashing groom in a Yves Saint Laurent tux, Tom Ford tie, and Prada shoes, and Syreeta is absolutely glowing in a J. Crew gown, BHLDN headpiece, and sparkly Christian Louboutin heels. We love the easy elegance of this beautiful wedding from Justine Bursoni Photography!

    Classic + Preppy Garden Wedding

Diane and Brendan’s fancy summer garden party is the perfect mix of preppy and classic, and the couple peppered sweet details throughout the day to make their celebration uniquely personal. Diane’s grandmother’s family china not only graced the tables, but its beautiful toile pattern was also carried throughout the day, from the invitations by Alissa Bell Press to bow ties and shoes. In lieu of a traditional wedding party, a little flock of “flower kids” joined the couple for their backyard ceremony, for which Brendan composed the processional. Diane and her mother truly brought the event to life: they custom-cut the table runners, rubber-stamped confetti bags, handmade the pups’ bow ties, and even hand-painted a toile pattern on Diane’s shoes! We love the touch of thistle in the blooms from Mindy Rosenberg Design, and are simply head over heels for these images from Diana Marie Photography!

    Romantic Colorado Wedding

Romantic and classic, with a bit of vintage flair (oh how we love the BHLDN booties and Allure Bridal gown), Karen and Corey’s wedding at Colorado’s historic Stanley Hotel is the perfect early-autumn soiree! Elegant compote-style arrangements by The European Flower Shop set the stage, beautiful hand-tied bouquets and centerpieces with seasonal berries and pale yellow blooms. The couple set out to create an intimate and personal event (their siblings were the honor attendants), and wove a polaroid theme throughout the day. They selected favorite photos to make into polaroids for innovative escort cards and table numbers. We simply adore the beautiful images from Rachel Havel Photography!

    Classic Country Club Wedding

Pretty and classic, Julia and Scott’s wedding at the Greenwich Country Club had us at hello! Julia’s lovely Christos gown (those delicate sleeves!) and accompanying pearls are perfectly timeless, befitting the stately surroundings. Watters and Watters bridesmaids dresses, in lovely emerald green, are accented by beautiful pale ivory and peach bouquets. The Club’s gorgeous ballroom, with its crystal chandeliers, was home to the reception, and Stacie Shea Events worked with the couple to bring their elegant vision to life with centerpieces by Dirt Floral in shades of ivory and pink, and a show-stopping cake with delicate sugar flowers. Each and every image from Stefanie Kapra Photo is absolutely breathtaking!
