Waterside Wedding on Shelter Island

Megan and Joshua were married on a beautiful, sunny June day at the stunning Sunset Beach Hotel on Shelter Island. The idyllic New York getaway is reminiscent of a European seaport, with crystal blue waters. Their celebration was a true family affair, with their twins, Noah and Sydney, taking part in the ceremony—under a gorgeous chuppah by Bella Flowers—which commemorated their unification as a family. As the sun set behind the glistening water, guests enjoyed a perfect summer evening and danced the night away to The Gypsy Kings Tribute Band. Every moment of this heartfelt gathering was captured beautifully by Karen Hill Photography, and we are smitten!

    South Florida Cottage Wedding

Delray Beach’s The Sundy House is a beautiful historic cottage and inn, and as you weave your way through the lush gardens, the path lined with exotic plants, streams, and waterfalls opens up to a lawn surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. Elizabeth and Christian selected the gorgeous location for their South Florida wedding, and the charming spot was a perfect size for their intimate 75-person gathering. The couple enhanced the natural surroundings with ivory blooms from Flower Market which varied from greenery garlands atop the tables to clusters of roses and stock in mercury glass vessels. Elizabeth is resplendent in a classic gown from Sottero and Midgley, while her ladies donned royal blue frocks from Alfred Angelo. We adore the beautiful images from Wedding Nature Photography!

    Milwaukee Summer Wedding

Megan and Louis’ June wedding was held in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. The pavilion of Pere Marquette Park, on the shores of the Milwaukee River, set the stage for their outdoor ceremony, with the cityscape gleaming in the background. The Milwaukee County Historical Society, a former bank with an elegant, vintage ambiance, provided the perfect setting for their reception, complete with stunning trumpet centerpieces by Gracious Events, signature drinks chosen by the couple, and a wedding cake made by one of Louis’ family friends. The theme of the day was “Our Best Day Ever!” and to celebrate, Megan presented Louis with a priceless book filled with notes and letters she had penned during their engagement. Megan also designed the programs, place cards and welcome signs with stationery from Paper Source. In fact, the day was filled with personal touches. Megan’s Casablanca gown included swatches of her family members’ gowns sewn into the dress lining. Also, the couple keep bee hives, so the guests were presented with jars of honey as favors! At the end of the reception, a pathway of luminarias led guests to a bridge for a dramatic and unforgettable sky lantern launch. Every moment of Megan and Louis’ day is filled with love and joy, and it is beautifully captured in these images from m three studio photography!

Gold + White Chicago Ballroom Wedding

Rana and Andy’s Chicago wedding is classic and beautiful! The festivities began at the grand Holy Name Cathedral where the couple exchanged vows during a traditional Catholic ceremony. As guests made their way to Congress Plaza for the reception, the bridal party traveled to many of Chicago’s stunning vistas for portraits, including Olive Park, with its sweeping views of the skyline. The Gold Room at the Congress Plaza lives up to its name, and Anthony Gowder Designs created elegant decor befitting the gilded ballroom. Hydrangea and rose centerpieces paired with crisp white china and gold chiavari chairs for a crisp, sophisticated feel. After enjoying the decadent tiered confection from The Baking Institute, everyone danced the night away to tunes from Okyne Medialab. We’re head over heels for the stunning images from Artistrie Co.!
