We’re absolute suckers for wedding details filled with sparkling gold and dramatic berry red and pink tones, so we fell in love with this collaboration between Hannah Suh Photography and Amanda O’Shannessy Creative. Wow! The gold gown with a corset top is glamorous, especially in the woodsy setting of Kunde Family Estate in Sonoma, California, and we love the tulle skirt and booties, too—Head Over Heels With Melanie created stunning fashions for this inspiration shoot. The winteresque arrangements of deep reds, purples, and pinks paired with berries and pomegranates is genius, thanks to the fab team at Huckleberry Karen Designs. And how gorgeous is the cake by Sift on a vintage stand, surrounded by other antique decor from One True Love Vintage Rentals? We can’t take our eyes off of all the gorgeousness in the gallery!

“Wow!” is almost all we could muster when we first saw the images of Karen and Allen’s Los Angeles wedding at the Skirball Cultural Center. How fabulous are the bright hot pink bridesmaids dresses against the green trees and soft rose bouquets by Heavenly Blooms? Karen’s mermaid-style gown, with a flattering corset back, flares at the bottom into an ethereal puff of soft tulle. More pink and silver at the gorgeous reception shows up brilliantly in these pictures from Sarah K Chen Photography. We’re enamored with this beautiful event—see all of the details in the gallery!

I love mixing bold patterns with soft colors, and this board is the perfect example! Navy and white patterns from diamonds to polka dots mix with delicate pale coral chiffon curtains and sweet lemonade pink. Add a dash of champagne for a neural base and you have a fabulous color palette that’s truly seasonless. And whatever you do, don’t forget the polka dots! Every wedding should have a few polka dots, don’t you think?

You can never go wrong with a combination of black and white, and that’s only further proved in the details of Whitney and Andrew’s wedding. Their classic church ceremony at Bethany United Church of Christ gave way to a chic black-and-white reception at Architectural Artifacts in Chicago. We are nearly stunned into silence by Whitney’s amazing Vera Wang—especially the detailed bodice and the knot ties down the back—and the equally lovely black bridesmaids dresses, all different based on each lady’s selection. The always wonderful Clary Photo took these breathtaking images that we’re sharing with you today, and we love the small details the most. Check out the pearl pin monogram on Whitney’s bouquet by Stemline Creative, the sophisticated stationery suite from Aerialist Press, and the icing monogram on the simple cake from Lovin Oven Cakery LLC. See all the gorgeous images in the gallery!
