Classic Purple Garden Wedding

Chris and Lauren envisioned a flower-filled English garden for their nuptials at Pennsylvania’s John James Audubon Center, and working with Sebesta Design, they brought their romantic, classic dream to life. The rustic elements of the venue’s orchards and pavilions set the stage, but Corinne from Sebesta Design incorporated elegant arrangements to mix the two worlds of rustic and formal. The wooden pavilion was transformed into an elegant garden with ivy, roses, and hydrangea paired with scabiosa blossoms, purple pansies, and pearl peppers for unexpected arrangements. Not a detail was left unfinished from ceiling to mantel. We are suckers for pups in weddings, and love that Lauren and Chris incorporated their little one into the ceremony, floral collar and all! Lauren’s lace gown from Amsale is positively regal, and befitting her background as a Fashion Institute of Technology grad. Each moment captured by Redfield Photograph is gorgeous!

Cape Cod Winter Wedding

Gabrielle and Thomas live on Cape Cod year-round, and while they certainly love summers on the Cape, they adore the quiet, cozy winters where bare trees, gray skies, and a slower pace provide a romantic backdrop for an intimate wedding. Sixty family members shared the day with the couple, witnessing their union at Falmouth Museums on the Green and then enjoying a family-style Italian meal at Osteria La Civetta. Julie Faria from Little Orphan Antiques and Sandra Cavallo from Old Silver Shed helped bring their vision of vintage romance and old world charm to life. Gabrielle and Tom are are lucky to have incredibly talented and artistic friends and family who helped them shape their wedding. Each piece of decor was handpicked from vintage markets, and Tom—a talented woodworker—worked with Gabrielle’s family to build the ceremony mantel and raised altar. Flowers were purchased at the Boston Flower Market pre-wedding and Sandra arranged into centerpieces on the restaurant table. Due to the intimate atmosphere, the couple eschewed a band or DJ and used phone playlists instead. Gabrielle shares: “While some of the nontraditional choices we made did in fact save us money, doing things our own way was more about minimizing the fuss and fostering a laid-back, authentic feel.” We simply love this couple, and the beauty and radiant love in each image from Lisa Rigby Photography!

Romantic Mint + Peach Wedding

:

Jennifer and Daniel fell in love with the French-Vietnamese chapel and covered barn at Camp Lucy the moment they set eyes upon the venue just outside of Jennifer’s hometown of Austin, Texas. With a short engagement, the couple pulled together a dream team of vendors to create their rustic, elegant day. Beautiful florals from Posey Floral and Event Design brought the outside in, with eucalyptus and hydrangea trumpets flanked by low-lying peach and ivory blooms in wooden boxes. Personal details were peppered throughout, from the lace sachets handcrafted by Daniel’s grandmother, which were filled with French candies to honor Daniel’s French heritage, to the grapefruit fizz signature cocktail, the recipe crafted by the couple. We adore the fresh seafoam green bridesmaids dresses from J.Crew and Jennifer’s sleek Pronovias gown from Brickhouse Bridal, with a chic updo by Mandy Silver. Each image from Forever Photography is perfection!
