The mix of elegant and rustic details in Chanda and David’s Dover, Florida, wedding is stunning perfection! The outdoor ceremony, held under trees draped with Spanish moss at Cross Creek Ranch, was filled with the classic touches we love about a garden wedding: ranunculus and spray roses in bouquets by Alta Fleura, mason jars filled with white blooms, and white lanterns hanging from branches. Chanda paired her mother’s antique lace cathedral-length veil with her Demetrios gown. Bridesmaids wore elegant designs from Bill Levkoff. The reception, held outdoors and in a barn on the ranch grounds, featured lots of sheer linens, twinkle lights, and personal touches. We especially love the lace linens and the stacked ruffled look of the icing on the cake from Alessi Bakeries. Delicious! What does every gathering begin with?  Pressed cotton—usually in the form of a wedding announcement or a party invitation. What shop are we totally obsessed with for all sorts of wedding finds?! Pressed Cotton, an online store specializing in goods for gatherings. Pressed Cotton was founded by photographer Millie Holloman and designer Jennifer Rose of Salt Harbor Designs. Their combined experience, as well as eye for beauty and style, is evident throughout the shop, which celebrates the possibilities of paper, fabric, texture and color. Looking for gorgeous vases?  How about a unique guest book? Look no further. Pressed Cotton believes that gatherings are a gift from the host to the guests, and like all good gifts, gatherings should be beautiful and meaningful. As a result, their products are stunning, thoughtful and provide the perfect accents for your big day.

One of our favorite parts of Pressed Cotton is that in addition to being able to view their items by product category, you can search by eight different styles. We’re crazy over these different collections, from Daydreamer to Modernist. We also love the fact that the product images are often shown in the context of a home, so you get a feel for how to incorporate your favorite pieces into your life after the wedding. Amy and Michael’s San Francisco wedding, held at The James Leary Flood Mansion in the heart of the city, is simply breathtaking! You don’t get much more romantic than a backdrop of rolling California hills, and add to that Amy’s stunner of a gown, by Vera Wang, and mod, succulent, and white flower arrangements by Birch, and you have quite an affair! We’re smitten with Amy’s wax leaf, moss, and white bud bouquet, too.
