Evonne and Darren are a husband and wife team who loves capturing life’s special moments. Fate brought us together in 2002 when we were both pursuing our MBAs back in San Francisco. We became best friends; we fell in love and three years later, we said our “I Dos” at the beautiful Moana Surfrider on O`ahu. Within 2 weeks of our wedding, we relocated to Hawai`i with our 2 very loving long-haired Scottish Fold cats – Stanley & Sheldon, and now we share our homes between O`ahu and Mau`i.

Evonne is also the Owner and Lead Designer of Events by Evonne. Having worked with so many wedding couples in the past few years, we know what’s important to you and we make sure that we capture all the special moments and everything in between with our photojournalistic and editorial approach.

We are so blessed to be able to share our passion of photography with each other. When we are not out photographing our clients, we have “date night” once a week which usually comprises of a great dinner with a movie. Coming from San Francisco, we are both HUGE foodies! We also enjoy traveling… between the two of us we have been to over 500 cities in 30 countries and counting!
