After attending many weddings, I have seen a wide variety of photographers at work. None of them can compare to the excellent quality of work provided by Russell Martin Photography! He, as well as his assistant, were prompt and perfectly prepared for my wedding day! They had a very calm but efficient attitude which was a tremendous help during our wedding. They were also very responsive to all the special requests we had by ca[turing all the important moments that a wedding provides, as well as adding a large variety of creative modern photos throughout the entire day. Unlike other photographers’ proofs I’ve seen before, his proofs were all touched up and made to look their best prior to our viewing. He also has a very unique yet distinguished style that adds class and formality to his photographs. All in all, we’re very satisfied with Russell and the results of our pictures, and we highly recommend him for any of your photography needs.

Last year, when my husband and I were looking for a wedding photographer, we knew what we weren’t looking for – boring, posed pictures. We wanted pictures that were authentic and captured all of the energy and emotion and joy of the day.

When we found Brooke Mayo online, we saw exactly what we were looking for and we loved her work! We booked her immediately. A few months later, she took our engagement pictures at the Outer Banks. That was one of the most memorable days of our engagement! Brooke has a great personality and she’s so much fun to hang out with.

The engagement pictures were amazing, and the wedding pictures were even better. We absolutely LOVE our wedding pictures. They say everything without speaking. The pictures are vibrant, colorful, gorgeous, quirky, fun, happy, serious, intimate – we could not be happier with them. Brooke recorded our special day in a beautiful way that will let us remember every moment of it forever.

My husband and I cannot recommend Brooke enough. She has a great sense of humor, and she’s easy to work with. We plan to have more pictures taken by her in the future. She’s in the Outer Banks but she travels anywhere!

After looking through many Maui wedding photographers I finally came across one who has a great eye and adds an artistic quality to his photos. The photographer I found was Matthew Alvarado with Beloved Weddings. He was professional every step of the way and surpassed my expectations. He was really easy to work with and made us feel comfortable. He also gave us great pointers and direction. I highly recommend using Matthew for your wedding!

We knew we loved Kate and Matt’s style, but were still blown away by the pictures. They went above and beyond what we expected. They drove 2.5 hours to take our pictures and were HAPPY to do it. Shannon captured the spirit of our wedding perfectly. Her photographs are artful and beautiful - they don’t just freeze images, but weave together moments of the celebration to tell the story of your day. Shannon has an eye for detail and took so many photographs that were uniquely “us”, distinguishing our wedding album from any other I’ve seen. Nicole was absolutely a joy to work with from the beginning. When I met up with her at starbucks to chat, I knew from that moment that she would be the one to document our wedding.
I picked a winner! Nicole was so responsive to all of my questions, conerns and thoughts. We e-mailed back and forth at least once a week! Nicole and Dan {her assistant} took a 5 hour round trip to our lake cottage to photograph our engagement pictures. They turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The day before the wedding Nicole met with me to venture around the city to plan out where we could take our photos. It was so nice to have a game plan ready to go! The day of the wedding Nicole and Dan were able to capture so many beautiful pictures that we still haven’t been able to narrow down the images to pick our favorites. I would highly recommend Nicole!
