Last year, when my husband and I were looking for a wedding photographer, we knew what we weren’t looking for – boring, posed pictures. We wanted pictures that were authentic and captured all of the energy and emotion and joy of the day.

When we found Brooke Mayo online, we saw exactly what we were looking for and we loved her work! We booked her immediately. A few months later, she took our engagement pictures at the Outer Banks. That was one of the most memorable days of our engagement! Brooke has a great personality and she’s so much fun to hang out with.

The engagement pictures were amazing, and the wedding pictures were even better. We absolutely LOVE our wedding pictures. They say everything without speaking. The pictures are vibrant, colorful, gorgeous, quirky, fun, happy, serious, intimate – we could not be happier with them. Brooke recorded our special day in a beautiful way that will let us remember every moment of it forever.

My husband and I cannot recommend Brooke enough. She has a great sense of humor, and she’s easy to work with. We plan to have more pictures taken by her in the future. She’s in the Outer Banks but she travels anywhere!
