Green: Simple Foods

We have been having the most beautiful weather you can imagine. The past four days have been supernaturally gorgeous, and have reminded me why I live in this state. The result is an intense desire to be outside and to eat simply.  Isn’t that the very definition of spring fever?

I found this book from Heidi Swanson of 101cookbooks.com and have requested a copy from the library. I love being able to test the books out for free, and I can’t wait to try it out (especially the Raspberry Curd Swirl Cake).  Expect a review soon…
