Decor: Wall decals – what do you think?

I am really intrigued by wall decals.  Although readily available (there are even some at Target), I think they’re still not overdone since I don’t know anyone who has one (you know that’s the most important criterion ;).  They can be cheaper than a piece of art, and they’re totally different from something in a frame, which gives you the opportunity to introduce more variety in your home.  Here are a few neat ones I spotted on etsy:

    I have one on my bedroom wall down where my dog’s bed is. It is so cute – It looks like my dog is sleeping in a field of flowers!

    For some reason those decals bring out the fear of commitment I never knew I had! They’re super cute on other peoples’ walls, but it stresses me out to think about picking one out for my own. Also knowing me, I’d apply it crooked :) I wonder if they’re removable…
