Huh. Exercise between 5 and 6? By the time that hour rolls around, I'm hungry for dinner and ready to start winding down for the evening! I'm definitely a morning exerciser--I find it leaves me feeling more motivated to eat well and take care of myself for the rest of the day.

When I DO exercise (which is rare these days unfortunately) - I always did it after work in the evening. Which I had previously read was NOT the optimal time to do it!! I had heard that the morning is the best time. BUT, I'm not a morning person at all. I'm such a night owl, so it's really hard for me to get up and exercise first thing.

I find that i stick to exercising if i don't give myself time for excuses. During the week, i try to go straight from work to the gym so that i don't have a chance to go home and relax or i don't go. On the weekend, i try to exercise before i get the rest of my day started so that i have it out of the way.
