		<description>I&#039;m really enjoying following your series.  Running is something that I&#039;ve tried in vain to do in the past, but I just can&#039;t seem to really get into it or to run for very long.  Down the block - fine.  But a whole mile.... are you kidding me????  Yes, I&#039;m that out of shape!  But I really need to start GETTING into shape, and running is a great way.
