my mom gave me her first Rolex for my 25th birthday and even though my dad bought it for her in the 80's it's still a total classic and I wear it almost every day. it looks alot like your timex actually! My Husband gave me a Movado as a wedding present. I love it! I wear it almost every day and it makes me think of him when I look at the time. When this one gets too beat up, I’m definitely going to get another Movado.

I have a gold and silver citizen watch that I received for my 18th birthday that I still wear regularly (ie- anytime I’m not at the hospital- that requires a more heavy duty, not as cute watch). It’s classic, simple, and goes well with pearls (my earrings of choice). I would love a simple gold bracelet dress watch someday as well!

I really need to invest in a watch. I’ve become so used to just being able to check the time on my phone.
