I'm a huge fan of Indian food (I'm cooking chana masala right now, in fact), but I haven't made chicken tikka masala in years. This is on my list for next week! Also, I adore that you wrote PREP A DAY IN ADVANCE. I am classic for getting 1/3 of the way into a recipe - even one I swore I read carefully first - and realizing that I'm about to hit a step that requires hours of sitting, when I'd hoped to be eating in an hour.
