		<description>Liene, I seriously love this post. I could feel myself relaxing as I read it. I&#039;m alright in the kitchen for everyday cooking, but when it comes to entertaining, I often overdo it and push myself too far. I find myself in the kitchen trying to manage the complicated dishes I&#039;ve concocted rather than spending time with guests. I&#039;m definitely going to use your suggestions with the hope that I&#039;ll be able actually enjoy my company. Thanks!
